SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
We’re still shipping orders during this period, but deliveries are likely to take longer right now. As we’re receiving more orders than we expected and we’re following additional safety measures at our warehouse, deliveries are currently taking 15-30 days to arrive after the order date.
Our couriers are taking lots of steps to follow the latest safety guidance by providing masks, gloves and sanitizers for their delivery drivers. They’re also offering contact-free deliveries, giving customers the option to have packages delivered to a safe place. As we work with many different couriers around the world, they’ll also be following local guidelines for your region. Making sure that our employees and their families are safe is very important to us. We’re helping all employees whose jobs allow them to work flexibly, to stay safe at home so that they can balance work with family and childcare responsibilities more easily.
For our colleagues who need to come to work, we’re taking extraordinary measures to protect their health and wellbeing. Employees are able to have their temperature checked and we’re following strict hand washing and sanitizing guidelines. We’ve also rearranged our workspaces so that employees can spread out and make sure they have enough space between each other.
From the factory floor to the delivery truck, we’re taking great care to make sure our employees and customers stay safe. Our factories, warehouses and distribution centers follow guidelines we have in place across all of our sites which meet the strictest global safety standards. If you’re ever concerned about any packaging, you should wipe it down with a disinfectant and wash your hands afterwards.

Cancellations, Refunds, & Replacement Policies:
We understand that sometimes things don't always go according to plan so we have made this Refund/Replacement Policy for you!
Customers are allowed to make changes to orders placed within 12 hours of making their purchases. We do not accept changes of orders outside the 12 hours window because our orders are automatically sent to our fulfillment and logistics for processing the next morning.
Buyers are not allowed to cancel their purchases after their orders are shipped.
If you made a mistake with your order details or shipping address. Please CONTACT US and we will gladly assist you if the order has not yet been shipped.
If you received an item that is damaged, faulty, or the wrong item we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days after receiving your order.
If you receive an item that is in the wrong color or size than the one you originally order, please email us a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order to get your correct one shipped out.
We can only offer you Free Replacements at no additional cost if it falls under the below criteria:
- Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
- We sent the wrong item – size, style, color.
After 7 days of receiving the items, buyers can no longer request for item replacement for any reason.
Our Refund Policy Lasts 30 Days:
If you wish to request a refund, you must wait till you receive your product before you return the package in its new, unopened, original condition, back to us.
Customers will be responsible for shipping the items back to our warehouse.
Please send us the tracking number so we can help track your return packages. Once we receive your item, inspect the product, we'll grant you the full refund, minus shipping.
Note: Our team will inspect/verify the photo(s) before we issue out a replacement or refund. We reserve the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us. Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted on your credit card statement. Please allow up to 5-10 business days.
